Located on the highest bench, with magnificent views of the sea, emerges as a residential need of the owners to live in the same workplace.
Being seated in a land classified as common non-developable, without the usual services of urban plots. Due to this fact and given the commitment to the owners' environment, housing stands as a self-sufficient element in which the design and spatial concept are very conditioned by bioclimatism and the environment, and the final conclusions arise as a result of The total adaptation of the building to its surroundings and its autonomous condition.
Being faithful to the concept generator, of bioconstruction and bioclimatismo, the materialization of the spaces is carried out with masonry load walls extracted from the same bench. The cover is vegetal integrating even more the house in the mountain. Rainwater is collected and stored in a well that serves to supply the home. The sewage is taken to a raft of natural treatment, to reuse the water in the irrigation of the farm. The heating is done through radiators integrated in the ground that heat their circuits with a biomass boiler and the electrical energy is produced by means of photovoltaic panels
