Six semi-detached houses and an isolated one make up this group of houses, with a marked longitudinal development and with a perfect south-south east orientation, in its main façade and access.

The whole set is generated with the same concept, a white base, which is configured as a fold completely open to the south facade, and drilled in its north and east-west facades, and a volume of phyllite stone that sits on that base white

The program is developed around a patio that perforates each house and gives it a soul of light in the center of each one, configuring the day area (living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, guest room and wc) in the fold white, and the night area in the upper volume of filita (master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room, and two rooms that share a bathroom). Inside both bodies are perforated by the patio that serves as a distributor, and are connected to each other through a double height that is in the living room.

The basement finishes completing the program, where the machinery, the garage and storage room and a service room are located. The access ramp is shared every two homes so as not to lose the garden in the front.
