An old appliance store, turned into a stage for the transformation in the new notary of Xátiva this old place.
The Notary of Xátiva has been an exercise in interior architecture in which we have tried to make the most of the budget we would have and the pre-existing elements that were interesting, without ever losing sight of the final function to which it was going to go.
The treatment of the facade of the premises consists in recovering the rhythm of the gaps in the main building, and returning the original color.
For the front of the premises, eliminate all improper elements and try to generate a continuous and fluid space, only subdivided with the wooden slats and the counter.
In the central and secondary nave we respect the original roofs, eliminating the improper elements and replacing the damaged elements, and we understood those old structural elements as primary containers that contain small volumes of wood inside.
Rehabilitate, transform, introduce new elements that will reorganize the space and will be changed to put it in value, were the fundamental principles of this project.
